Tracy Rague is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She graduated with her Masters degree from New England College in 2013. Since then she has worked in a variety of inpatient, outpatient and in-home treatment facilities with both individuals and families.
Life's transitions can be difficult, and sometimes we feel stuck. If not addressed, unmanaged stress can negatively impact your mind, body and spirit. Tracy is committed to working with you in a compassionate, patient and sensitive manner, using a strength based, client-centered approach to treatment. She will help you identify triggers and unhealthy patterns. She will work collaboratively with you to set goals and learn strategies to empower yourself to grow and move forward. Tracy believes in the value of a wholistic approach to wellness including daily self-care.
Tracy works with adults, children, adolescents and families. She can help take steps to support yourself and children who may be struggling at home or in school.
Tracy has certifications in Integrative Medicine – which views the whole person in terms of the mind/body connection and she is also certified in Complementary and Alternative Medicine for Mental Health.
Tracy uses DBT, CBT, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness modalities. She has an interest in using the Nurtured Heart Approach - a relationship based treatment approach in working with children and families.
