Shannyn Olivier is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of New Hampshire. Shannyn graduated from the University of New Hampshire with her BA in Psychology and went on to receive her Masters of Science in Counseling and Psychological Services from Salem State University. While in graduate school, Shannyn completed an internship at Walden Behavioral Care as an adolescent clinician, implementing Family Based Treatment (FBT) to help adolescents with eating disorders collaborate appropriately with the family system. Shannyn began her career as a case manager for pregnant women and women with children in the seacoast area struggling with homelessness. She then went on to work at Hampstead Hospital, a private inpatient psychiatric hospital for four and a half years. Here, Shannyn provided one on one counseling and ran treatment groups for individuals of all ages. During this time, Shannyn gained extensive experience working with dually diagnosed populations, individuals on the Autism Spectrum and Serious and Persistent Mental Illness. Shannyn has also worked as an outpatient therapist in Lowell, MA and as a mobile crisis clinician in Manchester, NH.

Currently, Shannyn provides individual counseling services utilizing an integrative, person centered approach. She works with a broad range of clinical issues such as mood disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and depression.
