Kathleen M. Albert PhD obtained a doctoral degree counseling psychology from Purdue University. She received pre-doctoral training in clinical psychology; and completed specialized training in neuropsychology from the Fielding Institute. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings including group/private practice, schools, in-patient units, residential placement programs, a wilderness program for at risk girls, and a day treatment program.
Currently, Dr. Albert is focusing on conducting neuropsychological, psychological, and psycho-educational evaluations across the age span. Dr. Albert is certified as a level two EMDR provider and is trained in TR-CBT therapy. She has experience in supervision, consultation, and presenting at both the community and professional level. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the New Hampshire Psychological Association, and the Maine Psychological Association. She has served as treasurer of the New Hampshire Psychology Association board and as a member of the NHPA ethics committee. Dr. Albert taught at the doctoral level at Governors State University, Purdue University, and Rivier University.
