Hannah Conrad is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in both the State of New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work at the University of New Hampshire in 2013. She continued her formal education and received a Masters of Social Work Degree from the University of New Hampshire in 2015. While at UNH, Hannah completed an internship at NFI Massachusetts as a clinician in the Structured Outpatient Addictions Program where her primary role was to facilitate groups focused on recovery from various substances.
Upon completion of her MSW degree, Hannah’s experience has expanded to a variety of treatment settings. She continued working at NFI Massachusetts as an outpatient clinician treating children, adolescents and adults with a variety of substance use disorder and mental health diagnoses. Hannah also worked as a clinician in an inpatient detox setting treating acute substance use disorders in conjunction with co-occurring mental health disorders.
Hannah specializes in working with children, adolescents and adults seeking treatment for a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, self-esteem/self-image issues, grief and loss, and substance use disorders.
Hannah engages her clients in treatment using a strengths-based, person-centered approach. She utilizes a variety of treatment techniques including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
