Richard Tomb, M.D.
Dr. Tomb is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of medicine. After completing a year long medical internship, he trained in Psychiatry at the Massachusetts General Hospital, completing his training in 1981. Since then he has at various times served on the faculty of Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic, University of Massachusetts, the Boston Institute for Psychotherapy, and the Massachusetts General Hospital. He is interested in both psychopharmacology and long-term psychotherapy, especially group psychotherapy. In that regard, he has served as president of the Northeast Group Psychotherapy Society and remains involved in its teaching activities. He is currently in private practice in Worcester, Massachusetts as well as The Counseling Center of Nashua. He also lectures frequently for several pharmaceutical companies about the treatment of both depression and bipolar disorder.

Dr. Tomb's clinical interests include the treatment of depression and anxiety disorders, with a special interest in treatment resistant depressions. He is also interested in the interface between primary care and psychiatry, and in the psychological and psychiatric aspects of weight loss and obesity.

Dr. Sreenivas Katragadda (informally referred to as "Dr. Sree" for short) is a licensed, board certified Psychiatrist. His practice is open to all age groups, including children, adolescents and adults.

He completed his medical degree at The University of Health Sciences in India, and then completed his adult residency training in Psychiatry at the University of Liverpool, England and Bergen Regional Medical Center in New Jersey. Dr. Katraggada went on to complete a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH, and following his fellowship training continued to provide outpatient treatment at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center where he also served on the faculty at Dartmouth Medical School. In addition to outpatient clinical practice, Dr. Katraggada has provided consultation to public and private inpatient, residential, and developmental programs for children and adolescents, and continues to provide emergency coverage for child psychiatric facilities.

In addition to his clinical practice at The Counseling Center's Manchester office, he consults to Crotched Mountain School and to The NH Bureau of Developmental Services. He remains as an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Psychiatry, Dartmouth Medical School.
Dr. Katraggada maintains a general psychiatric practice serving children, adolescents, and adults, focusing exclusively on psychopharmacologic/medication management. He maintains a special interest in the medication management of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, other developmental disabilities, and ADHD.
Dr. Agustsson received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Loyola University and his doctoral degree in Osteopathic Medicine from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his psychiatric residency at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center/Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans, LA. Dr. Agustsson is a Member of the American Psychiatric Association, and sits on the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners.

Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Agustsson provided emergency psychiatric services in Jackson, LA in the aftermath of hurricane Katrina; he assisted in the evacuation of over 50 patients in an acute inpatient psychiatric facility, and provided ongoing crisis treatment. Dr. Agustsson went on to provide emergency evaluation and treatment at Charity/Louisiana University Hospital in the emergency department and hospital wards where he also taught and supervised medical students and first-year residents. Dr. Agustsson then began working for Rural Outreach Psychiatry, a non-profit organization providing outpatient and telemental health psychiatric evaluation and evidence-based psychopharmacologic treatment. At that time, he was also working with clients in an outpatient setting completing psychiatric evaluations and evidence based treatment with the goal of preventing acute inpatient hospitalization.

Before joining The Counseling Center, Dr. Agustsson worked at Maine Behavioral Health, an outpatient community mental health center where he provided psychiatric evaluation and evidenced based treatment. Dr. Agustssion has provided psychiatric treatment for adults, adolescents, and children, and has developed specialty in the treatment of ADHD, Mood Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety Disorders including Panic disorder and OCD, patients with co-occurring chronic pain, traumatic brain injury, and Suboxone maintenance. Dr. Agustsson has spoken regionally on opioid addiction and treatment, and is a DEA certified Suboxone treatment provider.
Thor Agustsson, D.O.
Dr. Biswas is a Board Certified psychiatrist with 15 years' experience in Mental Health treatment of adults, and the elderly in both inpatient and outpatient settings. He received his Board Certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in 2001 and his recertification in 2011. He is licensed to practice Psychiatry in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Dr. Biswas graduated from Dhaka Medical College where he received his MD. He completed his Psychiatry Residency at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Lebanon, NH ; where he was the Chief Resident from 1999-2000 and Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry from 2001 - 2009.

Dr. Biswas currently works at the Veterans Mental Health and Addiction Treatment program at Bedford VAMC in Massachusetts since 2009. In his role as an Attending Psychiatrist he teaches and mentors medical students, residents and fellows from Boston University Medical School at the Bedford VA Medical Center site. He previously served as the Service Line Manager and Chief of Psychiatry at the VA Medical Center Manchester, NH from 2001 to 2009. He also served in a variety of advisory and review capacities for the Department of Veterans Administration and the State of NH.

Dr. Biswas's expertise includes treatment of Opioid use disorders and co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders. He is a leading expert in the areas of substance use disorder, depressive disorder, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder. His work links medicine, neurobiology, psychopharmacology and evidence based psychotherapy to develop novel treatments for these disorders.
